How it works
STEP 01
Prepare and send your brief
Choose a service in the on-page form and upload your CV and job advert if you have them. If you do not have a CV, say so in your brief. Leave out your National Insurance number, date of birth and full home address.
STEP 02
Pay securely
After submitting your brief, use the matching Stripe link below the form. We match your email and payment, then agree a delivery date before starting. If we can’t take the work, we refund your payment.
STEP 03
Review your documents
Check every claim before using your CV or application pack. You can request the included factual correction round within seven days.

The Job Application Studio was founded by Ben Kamara-Adams. Ben reviews the wording, structure and fit for the role before your documents are sent. You check and approve the facts before using them.

What happens when you order
First, submit your brief and CV through the Tally form. Then pay through Stripe using the same email address. Stripe collects your payment, name and email address. We review your brief and agree a delivery date by email before starting. If we cannot take the work, we’ll refund you in full.
We don’t need your National Insurance number, date of birth or full home address. Your CV and application are based on the information you confirm, and there is no interview or job guarantee.
Changing your mind
You can contact us at administrator@thejobapplicationstudio.co.uk to cancel. UK consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance service order. If you want work to begin during that period, we’ll ask you expressly by email; if you later cancel, you may have to pay for work already done. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
We use your contact details and CV to discuss and deliver the service; Tally stores form submissions and uploaded files, Microsoft hosts our email, and Stripe processes payment. Who receives your details
The Job Application Studio, founded by Ben Kamara-Adams, receives the contact details, CV and job advert you submit so we can respond, assess your request and provide the service you order. Contact administrator@thejobapplicationstudio.co.uk with privacy questions or requests.
The embedded form sends your entries and files to Tally when you press Submit. We can access submissions in our Tally account; Stripe processes payments separately. Please remove details we do not need, including your National Insurance number, date of birth and full home address.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to enquiries, match your payment to your brief, prepare and deliver the work and handle corrections or cancellations. We do not use your CV to make automated hiring decisions. If we use an external drafting tool with your CV, we will tell you about it first.
We use your details to take steps you request before a contract and to fulfil an order if you buy. We aim to delete working CV files within six months of completing the service, while retaining payment and business records where needed for legal obligations. You can ask what we hold, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Email us for details of any external drafting tool before sending your CV.
